  • Forgiveness: Forgive yourself and others for mistakes and imperfections. Releasing regret and negative emotions allows us to move forward with a clear mind and heart.

Purification:

  • Cleansing your space: Declutter your surroundings: home, office, car. Getting rid of unnecessary items symbolizes cleansing the past and preparing space for the new.

  • Clear your mind: Practice meditation, mindfulness, or yoga. These can help calm your mind, reduce stress, and reduce negative thoughts.

  • Body Cleanse: Take care of your body through a healthy diet, exercise, and rest. A healthy body promotes mental and spiritual well-being.

Setting intentions for the New Year:

  • Visualization: Imagine what you want your New Year to look like. What goals do you want to achieve, what values do you want to cultivate, what experiences do you want to have?
