Building interpersonal relationships is a phenomenon we encounter every day, yet building a positive and satisfying one is not easy. The level and satisfaction of communication depend on many factors, including our awareness, experiences and traumas we have experienced, our current mood, and interpersonal skills. In interpersonal relationships, we encounter diverse types of people, whom we perceive through the lens of stereotypes, individual characteristics, behavior, and appearance. The mood of the participants, the forms of communication, and assertive behavior also significantly influence how we perceive others in relationships. Awareness of the mechanisms that influence us and the ability to recognize them are key to success in interpersonal relationships. The ability to assertively set boundaries protects us as individuals from exploitation, social manipulation, and toxic relationships.
In my sessions, I teach how to rebuild self-esteem, how to leverage past experiences and mistakes to build a fulfilling future, how to assertively set boundaries, how to break free from a manipulative relationship, and how the victim-victim mechanism works.

If you need support, please contact me!

We will find a solution in a calm, friendly and understanding atmosphere.

Sometimes things happen to us...

Sometimes we can't deal with it ourselves...

Sometimes we need support and understanding…

We are trying to find a new purpose.

Understand the meaning of events.

Wiser for new experiences...

Aware of their weaknesses and strengths….

We are not afraid to live and enjoy every moment of our lives...

Working with trauma

Has your world collapsed?

Did something happen that completely unsettled you? Did you lose control of your life?

Are you behaving irrationally?

People around you say: you're crazy!

All of the following symptoms are typical of Acute Stress Disorder:

  • excessive excitability, unfounded irritability and outbursts of anger,

  • excessive vigilance,

  • problems with concentration,

  • a sense of unreality of the environment or oneself (e.g. a sense of bewilderment, seeing oneself as if from a different perspective, slowing down the passage of time),

  • difficulty remembering important details of what happened,

  • trying to avoid tormenting memories, thoughts and feelings,

  • sleep problems,

There's nothing wrong with you!! You have every right to feel this way after what happened to you!!
